Tom Serfass
Director of Fleet Management

Tom is responsible for maintaining vehicles and equipment for all business units within the company which includes over 150 pieces of equipment including work vehicles and maintenance equipment. In addition, he oversees all facilities including buildings grounds.

He has 14 years experience as a fleet supervisor with the City of Decatur. He is also a retired Sergeant Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. His 30 years of service include 20 years in motor transportation maintenance positions plus 10 years in various leadership positions.

Tom serves on various trade organization boards and is a member of the Association of Equipment Management Professionals and the National Association of Fleet Administrators.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Tom earned a business management degree from the Center for Degree Studies in Scranton, Penn. He joined the Dunn team in 2008.

Tom lives in Decatur and enjoys woodworking, tennis and physical training and spending time with his family.
