Skip Miller is Project Leader for the Paving and Maintenance Group. He is responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing projects from the initial stages through the follow-up with the customer.

Miller has more than 30 years working as a field technician in the bureau of operations with Illinois Department of Transportation. He also was the project superintendent for Merrill Contractors in Springfield for four years.

Miller graduated from Taylorville High School then completed the technician training program at the University of Illinois when he started his career with IDOT.

He likes to garden and do woodworking.
