Penny performs HR and Payroll functions. She brings more than 20 years of management and administrative experience to her position, including three years’ experience specific to human resources and payroll including employee benefits, insurance, training, payroll taxes, and general personnel functions. In May 2005, she graduated from Lake Land College with an AAS degree in Management completing courses specific to human resources, accounting, labor relations, and business management.
