Jim is responsible for sales and oversees the safety programs for the company. He also works with the Cold Milling and Oil & Chip divisions.

His 35 years of experience in the construction industry includes a partnership in Lourash Construction from 1975 until 1988, when Dunn purchased the company. Jim, a Decatur native, earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Millikin University.

Jim is active in the Decatur and Macon County Chamber, the Route 51 Coalition, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Association of General Contractors of Illinois and the American Recycling & Reclamation Association.

His hobbies include golf, gardening/yard work and home remodeling projects.
