Bob's responsibilities include oversight of all daily operations involving estimating, bidding and construction. He works directly with Dunn’s president on strategic planning.

Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Illinois University and started working at Dunn as a laborer during the summers while in college. Since joining Dunn full time in 1979, he has held positions including Pavement Maintenance Team Leader, Residential Team Leader, and Base Stabilization Team Leader. He was promoted to his current position in 2001.

He is serves on several boards at First Presbyterian Church and is a member of several Associated General Contractors of Illinois committees. He keeps busy attending his children’s activities.
